Planning.

Physical space.

The choice of the shape, rectangular or square, of the size, generally managed in square modules with a minimum of 3 x 3 or 4 x 4 meters, and replicated according to the needs and the budget are fundamental and binding elements for the design and for the communication strategy with which you are confronted. The number of open sides, from 1 to 4 then defines a further constraint which, if properly managed, will constitute the winning and rewarding element of the choice made. The analysis of the internal connection paths to the pavilion and the arrival at the stand are essential for the correct coordination between physical space and the marketing strategy operated in preparation for the event.

Product display.

The correct positioning and sizing of the exhibition space dedicated to your product represent the focus of the set-up. Visual merchandising is a complex and sectorally diversified technique. The expertise of Saci Project acquired over the years allows us to create successful solutions in every product sector. The hierarchy of the product display, the impact it produces on the visitor, the technological innovation associated with the product, which allows the visitor to interact, the customized or standard display supports designed to enhance the product, attention to detail are just a few values that make an experience a memory.

Layout and functionality.

The correct stand layout is essential for the success of your trade fair experience. The distribution, made in the design phase of the features that will be experienced during the event, is the basis of your success. Understanding, sharing, and defining these features require competence and great team working skills that Saci Project has always successfully pursued.

Reception e info desk.

The entrance to the stand is your business card. The positioning of the reception or the inside reserved info desk or on the edge of the area as a front office, the realization and the importance, in aesthetic, functional and dimensional terms, of this piece of furniture define your first contact with the client. This is the reason why it must be designed and created with the same care and attention with which you choose the dress you will wear, and which will represent you during the event.

Offices and meeting areas.

It’s the space dedicated to business. Whether it is conceived to one to one meetings or to an operational officemeeting room or relaxation area, these places will define your business concept: formal or informal, welcoming, comfortable, technological, whatever your idea of a space dedicated to business is, our architects will be able to interpret, customize and take care of these locations so that your idea becomes a real experience.

Routes.

Move within functional environments, experience the space in a unique and personal way, or collectively, with defined or random paths. It is your way of approaching the stand that defines your experience in the event and that of your customers. Product focus, ease of movement, access to functional spaces, privacy and inaccessible spaces. These, and many others, are the reasons why paths draw space and memories.

Storage rooms and technical spaces.

Never before, technical and warehouse spaces have been at the center of the fair experience as today. Small, minimal, bordering on ergonomics, but efficient and functional for the shared needs during the briefing phase. Large and equipped almost like operational spaces. Technological to contain all the devices supporting digital communication. Customized as a backstage for your product and equipped as a wardrobe. Functional for the specific needs of catering, cooking shows, public events and more. Whatever your space is, it is always designed to maximize efficiency, to reduce unusable spaces, to pay attention to the visibility of the interior, without ever forgetting ergonomics and functional sizing. All these elements make these environments your main assistant at the fair.

Multimedia and immersive experiences.

Technology, today, has an increasingly significant level of active and passive experiential involvement and the design of these functional spaces cannot be left to chance. Interactive Ledwall screens, IoT, VR, AR and all the ever-evolving solutions become in some cases the very essence of the project where everything is born and develops itself. These increasingly interactive and increasingly immersive content features are now fully-fledged areas of high specificity and as such they must be conceived and designed in the preliminary phase to better manage their potential, so that investments dedicated to innovation can truly immerse ourselves in that virtual reality rich in content and stimuli that today involves more and more market shares and operators.

Fair regulations.

Participation in a trade fair also requires careful verification of the “Technical Regulations of the Exhibition” and “the Technical Regulations of the District” (Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e del Regolamento Tecnico di Quartiere). Our experience in the management of trade fairs allows us to better manage all the problems of authorization and approval of the project. However, the regulations are also constantly evolving and changing. For this reason, we always devote a lot of attention in the preliminary phase to verifying the regulations of the host district and the Technical Regulations of the specific event, precisely to guarantee you maximum support in compiling all the documents that will be requested in the preliminary and subsequent phases, making available our technical staff experts in the management of relations with exhibition bodies.

Safety regulations.

Safety regulations are also an increasingly important chapter for the success of your trade fair experience. Design is that phase of the process where safety must also be designed so that subsequent on-site realization does not create disservices in the installation phases. The knowledge of the various European and National legislations allows us to foresee and overcome these problems relating to the regulations, both in terms of worker safety and certification of products and materials, already in the preliminary phase.
